彰化銀行經營權大戰，財政部與台新金不斷纏鬥，財部二審敗下陣來。翻開官、民司法亂鬥歷史，經濟部多次針對廠商違反赴大陸投資規定對企業提起訴訟或罰款，最後均以敗訴收場。此外，公平會對民營電廠以及超商咖啡祭出重罰，一度大快人心，最終也無法通過法律檢驗，都讓政府威信大受打擊。
彰銀經營權二審宣判，台新金逆轉勝，財政部對彰銀主導權岌岌可危。回顧近來重大官民司法案件，經濟部主管的聯電轉投資大陸和艦半導體案，違反當時半導體產業赴大陸投資規定，前聯電正、副董事長曹興誠、宣明智被判無罪確定，隨後金管會又以曹興誠未及時公布將協助大陸和艦公司為由，裁罰新台幣300萬元，行政訴訟中，曹興誠也抗罰成功、金管會敗下陣來。
無獨有偶，中芯國際2000年底赴大陸設立晶圓代工廠，經濟部認定違法，重罰負責人張汝京500萬元，同樣遭台北高等行政法院撤銷。
此外，經濟部認定，香港商淘寶網台灣分公司結構申報不實，開罰24萬元並勒令撤資，淘寶提出行政訴訟，台北高等行政法院判決經濟部認定事實有誤，淘寶勝訴，經濟部再度遭到挫敗。
除經濟部多次遭逆襲，在官民鬥法中敗陣，2011年，公平會以聯合壟斷現煮咖啡價格為由，重罰統一、全家等4家超商，合計2000萬元罰款，遭台北高等行政法院撤銷。至於對國內9家民營電廠（IPP）業者處以「懲罰性罰鍰」63.2億元天價，也遭行政院訴願會打臉。2大轟轟烈烈的裁罰案，最後都讓公平會顏面無光的收場。
至於喧騰一時的Uber（宇博數位）裁罰案，2015年交通部公路總局曾依違反《公路法》為由，勒令Uber停業，Uber不服裁罰改打行政訴訟，高等行政法院也判交通部敗訴，為官民鬥法黑暗史，再添一筆紀錄。
國防部訓練次長莫又銘今（21）日指出，自今年3月起，提供高中生打靶的體驗射擊，每人進行T91步槍的25公尺實彈射擊，每人打6發實彈，如果6發都命中標靶，還可加發10發子彈，繼續射擊，並規畫其他射擊體驗，費用將由國防部負責。
配合「全民國防教育法」，教育部將「步槍射擊」納入高中職的全民國防教育課程，但許多學校為避免麻煩，大多是以在課堂授課為主，並沒有進行實彈射擊。國防部為讓高中學子都有打靶的經驗，決議規畫「高級中等學校學生體驗射擊」、「戰鬥營增加射擊課程」、「與青年有約射擊觀摩」、「步槍射擊競賽」等活動。
有媒體詢問，多出衍生費用應由誰負責，是否需要教育部埋單？教育部學特司專委劉家楨表示，學生依照目前課程正常的六發打靶費用是教育部支出，教育部也只負責上課的費用。但未來國防部希望靶場能開放讓學校運用在課程或社團活動上，衍生費用則要交由國防部負責。
